PEARSON AIRPORT AGREEMENTS - DAMAGES TRIAL

The court adjourned for Friday.

Monday, the Crown continues direct examination of its witness, Martin Booth, a British valuation expert. The cross-examination of Mr. Booth is expected to start on Wednesday.

The next witness for the Crown will be Robert Fairholm, from DRI. Mr. Fairholm is an expert on inflation. Like the discount rate, the inflation rate is a significant factor in the 57- year term of the lease with respect to revenues and expenses.

The Government has not indicated what other witnesses it will call after Mr. Fairholm. It is anticipated that the Government and reply witnesses will be finished by the end of April.
